Romanian restaurant included among the best fine dining restaurants in Europe

The Artist restaurant in Bucharest was voted among the best fine dining restaurants in Europe, according to the 2015 TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice awards. The restaurant in Romania is ranked 19th out of the top 25 restaurants chosen by travelers.
It is the first time when a restaurant in Romania is ranked among the best fine dining restaurants in Europe. Some 431 travelers rated The Artist as being “excellent”, informs romania-insider.
The restaurant is located in Bucharest’s Olt Town and has a contemporary cuisine. It is run by Dutch chef Paul Oppenkamp, who aims to have the first restaurant in Romania awarded with a Michelin star. He has a modern cooking approach that combines classical techniques with molecular cuisine and Romanian cuisine influences.
The best fine dining restaurant in Europe is Martin Berasategui in Lasarte, Spain. Almost 570 travelers rated this restaurant as “excellent” on TripAdvisor. The Spanish restaurant has three Michelin stars.
